Οι Πρακτικά Ασκούμενοι θα Εκπαιδευτούν: As an Operations Trainee you will be activly involved to the daily operations, including manage bookings, handle queries, organize homes preparing between guests arrivals and problems solving to make sure every guest has a top level of experience.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: As Operations Trainee, you will be always ready to jump into action when needed. In this respect, we are looking for fast-thinking, problem-solving communicators to excel our guest experience.
Essentials are:
the ability to prepare and handle a finely tuned plan,
attention to detail,
and work under pressure.

Απαραίτητες Ικανότητες και Δεξιότητες: - Senior student on a relevant university, eligible for the 6 months internship program
- Awesome communication skills and a natural ability to build a relationship with our guests.
- Willingness to get things done and help the team when needed.
- Technology savvy, including excellent usage of smartphones and social media
- Fluent written and spoken English, the knowledge of more languages will be an advantage
- Some previous exposure to an operational business is an advantage
- Applicants must be flexible with working hours. We’re a 365 - 24/7 business, so you’ll need to work some weekends and bank holidays.
You‘ll be based at our offices in Chalandri and Athens, however, you will spend a lot of your time on the move.
