Administrative Assistant Intern

Περιγραφή Θέσης/εων Πρακτικής Άσκησης:

GEP Group is seeking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to provide administrative support to the Customer Administration Department.
The position of Administrative Intern will support the customer administration team focusing on resolving all client issues

Students must be enrolled in a graduate level degree program (public and private I.E.K. only).

Responsibilities

• Maintains customer database; preparing and distributing monthly reports
• Maintains client relationship management through various projects.
• Assists the team with the day to day customer administration duties
• Assists with other special projects as needed

Required Skills:

• Superior written and spoken communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems
