What you will do:

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedule
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Help maintain office efficiency by implementing office systems, layouts, and all the procurement (IT and office equipment, cleaning, food, etc.).
Facilitating document management (preparation, printing and scanning of docs).
Help in planning in-house or off-site activities, like company events, meetups and conferences.
Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
Organizing the office layout.
Organize office operations and procedures
Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
Work with bookkeeping software.
